It’s as easy as three steps:

Step 1: Student lists their bedroom on our marketplace up to 9-months before it becomes available.

Step 2: We drive users to our platform looking for accommodation over the summer e.g. summer internships, summer school, etc.

Step 3: Users reserve a room and sublet it off the student for the entire 3-month period saving them $3000 of previously lost rent.
